My name is Melissa Jane Barrett and I believe everyone deserves a well-designed book. With every project, I try to match the tone of the text with a visual style that will engage and enhance the experience for the reader. I absolutely love books and enjoy being a part of the book-making process.

I have a BFA in illustration, years of freelance experience, and have been an adjunct instructor for various design classes at Utah Valley University. I live near the mountains in Provo, Utah with my 10-year-old daughter, Jane, and our little dog, Hiro.
